Manuscript Library Allahabad

A Manuscript Library was established at Allahabad in the year 1973. The Library houses more than 10,000 manuscripts in Sanskrit, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Bengali, Persian, Arabic and Urdu. Some of the Sanskrit manuscripts are beautifully scribed, illustrated and illuminated.
