On the occasion of 69th foundation day U.P. State Archives an exhibition, seminar and other cultural programme were organized from 10 to 11th May, 2018 in Lucknow office campus.

On the occasion of August Kranti day, an Archival exhibition and Lecturer Programme was organized by Regional Archive Varanasi at Govt. women degree college D.L.W. Varanasi.

On the occasion of Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri anniversary day. An Archival exhibition, Bhajan/Singing and debate programme were organized by Regional Archives Varanasi at 2nd October, 2018.

On the occasion of World Heritage Week an Archival exhibition on 'Our Heritage' was organized at Gurudham Temple campus from 19th November to 25th November 2018.
