Detail of Exhibition organized by U.P. State Archives in the Financial Year 2021-2022
1.	On the occasion of ‘World Heritage Day’ (18th April 2021) an exhibition was online organised by Regional Archaeology unit, Varanasi in collaboration with UP State Archaeology department, Regional Archives, Varanasi, Culture department and INTACH-Varanasi.
2.	On the occasion of Rani Laxmibai’s sacrifice day an Archival Exhibition organised by U.P. State Archives, Lucknow on 18th June 2021.
3.	Under the AzadiKaAzadiKaAmritMahotsava and Chauri-Chaura centenary ceremony, an archival exhibition was organised by U.P. State Archives, Lucknow on 09th August 2021, on the occasion of Kakori Train Action Day, at KakoriShahidSthal, Bajnagar, Hardoi Road, Lucknow, exhibition was inaugurated by Chief Minister, Uttar Pradesh.
4.	Under the AzadiKaAzadiKaAmritMahotsava and Chauri-Chaura centenary ceremony, on the occasion of Kakori Train Action on 09th August 2021, a programme ‘KakoriShahidonKoNaman’ was organised by Regional Cultural Centre, Varanasi, Culture Department of U.P.in collaboration with District administration, Varanasi at Mahatma Gandhi KashiVidyapeeth, Varanasi.
5.	A programme ‘Veer ShahidonKoNaman’, PrabhatFeri, Shradhanjali, VandeMatram, Rashtragaan, Deepotsava etc. were organised on 9th August 2021 on the anniversary of Kakori Train Action Day, by Regional Archives, Prayagraj and District administration Prayagraj.
6.	Under the AzadiKaAzadiKaAmritMahotsava and Chauri-Chaura centenary ceremony, an archival exhibition on ‘Martyr’s of Freedom Struggle’ was organised by U.P. State Archives, Lucknow on 12th August 2021 at the State Baudhh Museum, Ramgarhtal, Gorakhpur, which was inaugurated by the former chief security commissioner, North Eastern Railway.
7.	Under the AzadiKaAzadiKaAmritMahotsava and Chauri-Chaura centenary ceremony, an archival exhibition based on ‘Freedom Movement’ was organised by U.P. State Archives, Lucknow on 15th August 2021 at the State Freedom Struggle Museum, Meerut, exhibition was inaugurated by the District Magistrate, Meerut.
8.	An Archival Exhibition and Cultural Programme as Tirangayatra, Art competition, A dance drama ‘Manikarnika’ based on Rani LaxmiBai were organised on 16th August 2021 by Regional Archives, Prayagraj.
9.	A Manuscript exhibition was organised on the occasion of the Sri Krishna Janmashtami, from 27th August to 14th September 2021 under the AzadiKaAmritMahotsava and Chauri-Chaura centenary Mahotsava.
10.	Under the AzadiKaAzadiKaAmritMahotsava and Chauri-Chaura centenary ceremony, U.P. State Archives, Lucknow organised an archival exhibition based on Pt. GovindBallabh Pant on 10th September 2021 at LokBhawan, Secretariat, Lucknow inaugurated by Chief Minister, Uttar Pradesh.
11.	Under the AzadiKaAzadiKaAmritMahotsava and Chauri-Chaura centenary ceremony, an archival exhibition and seminar based on Mahatma Gandhi and LalBhadurShastri were organised by Regional Archives, Prayagraj and Hamidia Girls Degree College from 1st to 04th October 2021.
12.	Under the AzadiKaAmritMahotsava and Chauri-Chaura centenary ceremony, an archival exhibition based on Mahatma Gandhi and ShriLalBhadurShastri was organised by U.P. State Archives, Lucknow at U.P. State Archives Campus Lucknow form 02nd October to 08th October 2021.
13.	An archival exhibition organised by Regional Archaeology unit, Varanasi in collaboration withRegional Archives, Varanasi, under the AzadiKaAmritMahotsava and Chauri-Chaura centenary Mahotsava from dated on 25th October to 31st October 2021 based on Sardar Patel.
14.	Under the AzadiKaAzadiKaAmritMahotsava and Chauri-Chaura centenary ceremony and National Integration Day, “Azadi Ki GauravGathaavamVikasDeepotsava” programme organised by U.P. State Archives, Culture Department, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknowin collaboration with District administration, Nagar Nigam, Shahjahanpur at Ramleela ground, Khirnibagh, Shahjahanpur from 29th October to 31st October 2021.
15.	On the occasion of Sardar Patel’s birth anniversary, ‘National Integration Day’ 31st October 2021, a seminar was organised by Regional Archives, Agra based on ‘Personality and Work’ of Sardar Patel, Under the AzadiKaAzadiKaAmritMahotsava and Chauri-Chaura centenary ceremony.
16.	Under the AzadiKaAmritMahotsava and Chauri-Chaura centenary ceremony, on the 31st October 2021, an Archival and photo exhibition were organised by Regional Archives, Prayagraj on the occasion of Sardar Patel’s 146th Birth anniversary.
17.	Under the AzadiKaAzadiKaAmritMahotsava and Chauri-Chaura centenary ceremony, U.P. State Archives, Lucknow organised a remembrance festival of First War of Independence – 1857 at memorial and Victoria Park, Meerut.Under the ‘Meerut KrantiParv’ opening of galleries of SwatantrataSangramSangrhalaya, Meerut.An archival exhibition on National Movement, cultural programme were organised.
18.	Under the AzadiKaAmritMahotsava and Chauri-Chaura centenary Mahotsava, in 32th National RamayanMela, State Manuscript Library, Prayagraj organised a rare photo exhibition based on ‘Ramkatha in Manuscript’ from 15th November to 19th November 2021. In this exhibition the rare photos were exhibited from Manuscript – Ram CharitManas written in 1794 A.D..
19.	Regional Archaeology unit, Varanasi in collaboration with U.P. State Archaeology department, Regional Archives, Varanasi, INTACH-Varanasi organised the ‘World Heritage Week’ from 19th to 25th November 2021. In this week an archival and photo exhibition, play with clay, heritage walk, photo walk, seminar on the subject ofKashi Ki Ramleela etc. programmes were organised.
20.	On the occasion of MahaparinirwanDiwas (06th December 2021) of Bharat RatnaDr.BhimraoAmbedker, the programmes as Tributary meeting and offering flowers on Dr. Ambedker’s statue that founded in Allahabad Central University, Prayagraj, were organised by Regional Archives, Prayagraj.
21.	Under the AzadiKaAzadiKaAmritMahotsava and Chauri-Chaura centenary ceremony, an archival exhibition subjected ‘KakorikeShaheed’ was organised by U.P. State Archives, Lucknow on 19th December 2021, atKakoriShahidSmarak, Bajnagar, Hardoi Road, Lucknow.
22.	On the occasion of birth anniversary of Bharat RatnaShriAtalBihariBajpai, an archival and photo exhibition was organised by U.P. State Archives, Lucknow at Bateshwar, Agra, on 25th December 2021, that inaugurated by Chief Minister, Uttar Pradesh.
23.	Opening programme of ShaheedSangrhalaya, Shahjahanpur, organised by U.P. State Archives, Lucknow at ShaheedSangrhalaya, Cantonment Shahjahanpur on 04thJanurary 2022 Under the AzadiKaAzadiKaAmritMahotsava and Chauri-Chaura centenary ceremony.ShaheedSangrhalayawas inaugurated by Minister of Finance, Medical Education and Parliamentary Affairs.
24.	On the occasion of U.P. Diwas an archival exhibition was organised by U.P.State Archives, Lucknow at Indra Gandhi Pratisthan, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow inaugurated by Chief Secretary. Government of Uttar Pradesh.
25.	On 23rd March, 2022 on the occasion of SardarBhgat Singh ‘SahidDiwas’ an archival exhibition was organised by U.P.State Archives, Lucknow at 1090 Chauraha, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow inaugurated by Chief Secretary. Government of Uttar Pradesh.
26.	Opening of Galleries (1) The elevated RajkiyaSwatantrataSangramSangrhalaya was inaugurated by U.P. State Archives, Lucknow, Culture department on 17th December 2021 which was observed by Hon’ble Prime Minister, Government of India on 02nd January 2022. Four elevation of this museum the documents related to first war of freedom 1857 were provided by the U.P. State Archives, Lucknow. (2) Created the galleries of the SwatantrataSangramSangrahalayaShahjahanpur through a firm, selected by E-Tendering, related to the Indian Freedom Struggle from 1857 to 1947, were also made available by the U.P. State Archives, Lucknow, Culture department, which was inaugurated by the Hon’bleMinister of Finance, Medical Education and Parliamentary Affairs Department Uttar Pradesh, on 04th January 2022.
27.	Digitization of Archival records is being done with the intention of maintaining the rich archival treasure accessible to the scholar and users. In this continuation a web portal for research scholars and other users is being prepared by NIC.
28.	Under the ‘AzadikiShauryaGatha’ programme, an Archival Publication ‘1857-First war of Independence ‘ book was released by U.P. State Archives, Culture department, Lucknow.
29.	Other Works - (1) U.P. State Archives, Lucknow has on lined some publication on official website- a) 13th volume of Guide to records in U.P. State Archives. b) Document relating to primary education preserved in U.P. State Archives (1843 to 1947). c) Uttar Pradesh kiSanrachna- Coffee Table Book. d) Prayagraj Kumbh-2019. e) First war of Independence-1857.
