Event Organized in 2012 - 2013
1.	On the occasion of international archives day on 9th june 2012. An exhibition and symposium was organized at Shaheed Smriti Bhawan by U.P. State Archives, Lucknow. Many states as west Bengal, Assam, Goa, Kerla, Delhi, Bihar, Orrisa and National Archives New Delhi participated in this programme.
2.	An Archival exhibition was organized at Munshi Premchandra Mahotsava Lamhi by Regional Archives Varansi from 31 July to 02 August 2012.
3.	An Archival exhibition was organized on Nation Movement in special reference to Varansi by Regional Archives Varansi from 6 Aug to 9 Aug 2012.
4.	An Archival exhibition was organized on 'History of States' by Regional Archives Agra from 12 Sept to 15 Sept 2012.
5.	An Manuscript exhibition was organized at Nirala Sabhagar in Allahabad University by Manuscript library Allahabad from 4 Oct. to 6 October, 2012.
6.	An Archival exhibition was organized in District Fatehpur by Regional Archives Allahabad from 10 Oct. to 13 Oct 2012.
7.	An Archival exhibition was organized on 'Shilp Kala of U.P. with special reference to Varansi' from 19 Nov to 20 Nov 2012.
8.	An Archival exhibition was organized on 'Varansi Abhilekhon ki Dristi se' in Bharat Kala Bhawan B.H.U. by Regional Archives Varansi in Nov. 2012.
9.	An Archival exhibition was organized at Kakori Martyr Memorial Hardoi Road Lucknow on 19 Dec 2012.
10.	60th Session of Indian Historical Records Committee was organized by U.P. State Archives in collabration with National Archives New Delhi on 27-28 Feb 2013. On this special occasion An Archival exhibition on '100 years of Indian Cinema' was organized in which National Archives of India, New Delhi, West Bengal, Bihar, Assam, U.P. State Archives and National film Archives of India also participated.
