Urdu Manuscript

There are number of urdu manuscripts preserved in Manuscript library Prayagraj related to poetry, rhetorics, prosody, fables and tales. Social life is also revealed in some manuscripts. The Risala-i-Nikah(Urdu) deals with marriage law of muslims. Peahen fighting is the subject of Risala-i-bazi. Wrestling is described in manuscript of Hizrul Muslimin. The first book of history in urdu language Tawarikh-e-Buland Shah is also preserved in Manuscript library.Another Some significant urdu manuscripts are -
